About Us

At Kindsight, we believe that everyone should be afforded the dignity of looking good and feeling good. That’s why we provide a unique home-visit opticians service for the UK, where every is a priority to us.
We’re approved by the NHS, who fund us to provide free eye tests for those who are eligible. We take the time to understand the needs of your residents, promoting healthy eyesight without compromising on style – something unique to us. We even lovingly select the most stylish NHS-funded glasses to ensure style isn’t reserved for our more expensive frames.
We offer an enhanced experience for those who are unable to reach a traditional optician, ensuring everyone can benefit from the service of a skilled, qualified optometrist.
All our opticians are fully uniformed and will arrive in Kindsight branded vehicles to set us apart and make us easily recognisable when at your home.

Our Values

Why do we go to such great lengths and what sets us apart from the rest? It’s our core values — these are the five things we dedicate ourselves to:

Fresh and Innovative Approach

We’re passionate about bringing an exciting, more stylish service to your residents with 7 years of experience in the field.

Transparency

We provide superior communication methods for care home staff and families alike; with access to our Customer Portal and Family Facetime Feature allowing family members to communicate with the optometrist live.

Dignity

We believe the dignity of the resident should be preserved and residents should not be denied access to stylish eyewear due to lack of accessibility.

Commitment

We’ll come out to see your residents even if there is only one in need of testing. Broken glasses will be replaced for free. Queries dealt with immediately and training provided.

Integrity

An expert optometrist-led service ensures the integrity of the entire process.
