Kindsight Audiology provides free NHS hearing services for adults across Coventry and Warwickshire. We work in partnership with NHS Coventry and Warwickshire ICB to deliver expert hearing care close to your home.

Is This Service for You?

You can use our NHS hearing service if you are:
∙Aged 55 or over
∙Registered with a GP in Coventry and Warwickshire
∙Experiencing hearing difficulties

Areas We Cover

We see NHS patients from across the Coventry and Warwickshire area, including:
∙Coventry
∙Rugby
∙South Warwickshire — Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas
∙Warwickshire North — Nuneaton, Bedworth, Atherstone, Dordon and nearby

Can’t travel to us?

We also offer home visits for patients with a medical need.
You don’t need to see your GP first — you can refer yourself directly.

Or ask your GP to refer you through the NHS electronic referral system.

What Happens Next?
Once we receive your referral, we’ll offer you an assessment appointment within 21 working days.
If hearing aids are needed, we’ll fit them within 28 working days of your assessment — all completely free on the NHS.

Step 1

Book

Scheduling your hearing test is quick and easy. Call our friendly team or book online, and we’ll arrange a convenient time that works for you. We offer flexible appointment options and will guide you through the process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience.

Step 2

Hearing Test

Our specialist will examine your ear canal and outer ear with an otoscope to check the problem. They’ll then assess your hearing using an audiometer, playing different tones and frequencies to measure how well you detect sounds at varying levels.

Step 3

Consultation

We’ll explain your results in clear, simple terms and offer expert advice on the best next steps. This may include hearing protection, further assessment, or hearing aids tailored to your needs. Our team is here to guide you toward the best solution for your hearing health.
